This was another fun recipe I tried using the Kid-Tastic Wildtree Bundle of seasonings – Not So Sloppy Sliders!

I did make it a tad different than their version — I didn’t make it into patties, but actually made it like a chopped burger/sloppy joe…and topped it off with slices of sharp cheddar cheese. Yum!
You will need:
- 1½ lbs lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 3 Tbsp Wildtree Sloppy Joe Blend
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
Combine all items in your skillet and cook until the burger is no longer pink. Spoon mix into slider buns and top with cheese. You know it — rip into it like a monkey on a cupcake, even better if you serve it with sweet potato fries!
