This is a SUPER easy one to make and the plates are usually licked clean…being similar in flavors to lasagna.

You need:
1 pound Rigatoni, cooked
4 ounces mozzarella (I cut up string cheese)
16 ounces Ricotta
Your favorite spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese.
Start with a layer of sauce in your pan, then add noodles and cheese, in random layers…

Cover with the rest of the pasta sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
