I am sure you have heard of meat-loaf…
some people have even heard of salmon-loaf,
This is HAM-loaf!

We prefer it with creamed peas,
baked hash brown casserole and a
simple dinner roll, as you can see in the picture.

OK, that is a plate of leftovers,
as I forgot to whip out the camera when we plated the food and simply ripped into it
like a monkey on a cupcake….

Yes, it is one of my favorite holiday dishes!

 Baked Hamloaf

1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 Cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
Mix the all together and form into small loaves.
Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered at 350 degrees.
While it is in the oven…
you need to make the glaze.

1 Cup apple cider vinegar
3 Cups brown sugar
1/2 Tablespoons butter
1 Cup water
2 Tablespoons prepared mustard
Pop all of those into a pan and bring to a boil.
Thicken with a little bit of cornstarch and you are ready to
