Pineapple Pomegranate Blueberry Moonshine

Blueberry season is just around the corner! That makes it the perfect time to whip up a bunch of this Pineapple Pomegranate Blueberry Moonshine so you have it ready for all those great entertaining opportunities over the summer.

Pineapple Pomegranate Blueberry Moonshine

The combined flavors of the sweet blueberry, tangy pineapple and tart pomegranate make an incredible blend of layers for this summer moonshine. It does take almost a month to infuse so plan NOW to have this treat when you really want it.

While pomegranates have been eaten throughout history for their health benefits, I highly doubt that the antioxidant properties or high vitamin C content will do much for you when blended with Everclear. This won’t really do much for a healthy diet, but will help you relax and unwind after a long or frustrating day.

Pineapple Pomegranate Blueberry Moonshine

You will need:
4 cups of Everclear ( 1 cup in each jar )
4 cups Pomegranate pearls ( 1 cup in each )
2 cups blueberries ( 1/2 cup in each jar )
2 cup pineapple juice ( 1/2 cup in each jar )
1 cup Pom juice ( 1/4 cup in each )
Cheese Cloth
4 – mason jars
 
Directions:
Place pomegranate into the mason jars with equal amount in each jar.
Add your blueberries into each jar also.
Add the pineapple , and Pom juice in each jar.
Top off with Everclear.
Place your mason jars in a cool dark place for 4 weeks.
Shake the jars every two days to help with the infusion process.
After 4 weeks remove the fruit by straining through cheese cloth.
Pour your moonshine back into the jars and seal.
Place in a refrigerator up to 30 days.
