Nutella

I have made the 1-2-3 Peanut Butter Cookies at Tupperware parties for years, and was looking at my surplus of Nutella, thinking to just switch it out. Nutella Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Nuttella

That is it!

Nutella 2

First the sugar, then use that same measuring cup and break the egg into it. Swirl that egg around and then dump it into the same bowl as the sugar. Now, your 1 cup of Nutella will pop out pretty easy if you use that same measuring cup! Still it all together and then roll into 1 inch balls.

Place those balls onto your baking sheet, lightly press flatter and take your potato masher to make the neat pattern. Dust with granulated sugar and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

Remove to cool. It makes 2 dozen.
