Bacon wrapped water chestnuts are simple, yet the glaze I use brings it to an entirely different level. I know, I know, TRY it before you judge, LOL! This sauce is also great over baked meatloaf! Only 3 Smart Points!

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts en Glaze
- 1 Lb Bacon
- 2 small cans whole water chestnuts
- 1 Cup Miracle Whip
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Chili Sauce
Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap around water chestnuts. Fasten with a toothpicks. Place them in a 9×13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minues, until the bacon is as crispy as you like it. Combine the other items and pour over the bacon wrapped water chestnuts.
Bake again at 350 for 30 minutes… And then, rip into them like a monkey on a cupcake!

WOW I made these for a party not bragging but out of about 15-18 different dishes these were the only thing that were completely eaten. People were even going up for more but sadly there were no more.
