This is a sweet treat for those numbered days of summer…Vanilla Bean Floats.

Ingredients
1 Cup water
½ Tsp vanilla extract
1 Tsp vanilla bean paste
2 Cups soda water
Coconut Whipped cream to taste

Directions
In a saucepan over medium heat mix the water, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean paste for 5 minutes.
Refrigerate until cold.
Pour into the glasses.
Fill them with soda water.
Top with whipped cream.
Garnish with a paper straw.
Rip into them like a monkey on a cupcake!

Tip:
Add some pineapple juice for a tropical kick.

Yield: 2 servings
