- 1 cup cheddar cheese shreds
- ½ cup Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray

In a large skillet cook beef and the onions over medium heat until the meat is browned and the onions are translucent. Drain the excess grease and season with salt & pepper.

Place the ground beef filling in the dish and sprinkle on the cheese.

In a bowl combine the Bisquick, milk, and eggs until well combined then pour on top of the ground beef mixture.
