I love all things Pirates of the Caribbean and am anxiously awaiting the new movie coming out next week! Her is a simple drink we whipped up in our test kitchen to celebrate and honor the infamous Captain Barbosa.

Avaste ye mateys, dink up!

 

You will need:

• 1 bottle of Not Your Fathers Rootbeer
   
• 1/2 oz Fireball Whiskey
• 1oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
• Ice
• Gold sanding sugar
• Simple syrup

Directions:

 

Add simple syrup to a plate, set to the side.

Add gold sanding sugar to a plate

Then roll rim of the glasses in the simple syrup then into the gold sanding sugar

Set glasses aside

Fill your glasses with ice

Using a bartender shaker add your Fireball whiskey, Spiced Rum and 3-4 piece soft ice and shake to combine

Pour your liquor mix into your glass

Top off with Not your Fathers Rootbeer

Enjoy!

• Ice

5. Fill your glasses with ice.
