Mostly Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 6 peeled and cut up apples, (cut them into little pieces.) 1/2 inch
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
I made mine in mini spring-form pans. (You could use a regular pan just spray with NON-STICK cooking spray)
Cut up all the apples and tossed them into a big bowl. Add all the ingredients all together in a separate bowl and mix well. Once those are all mixed, fold that into the apples.
Once everything is all mixed well, evenly spread out into your pan.
Bake them in the oven for about 45 minutes or until your tooth pick comes out clean
Let cool a little and then serve.
You can dust some nutmeg or powder sugar on top to sweeten it or add a scoop of ice cream to it.
