Lemon Butter Baked Cod
This was a “new” to us recipe that I tried for dinner… tasty and super easy!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb cod loins, rinsed and patted dry
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 stick of butter, melted
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
I had about a pound and a half of cod loins, four of them that I thawed out, rinsed and patted dry.
I squeezed the juice out of one lemon into a dish and added about a half of stick of melted butter.
In another pan, I mixed together 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper and 1/2 tsp of paprika.
I dipped the fish in the lemon butter, then rolled it in the flour mixture. Then, I placed them into a baking dish. When they were all done, I poured the lemon mixture over it.
