Here is another beautiful Crock Pot Recipe – perfect for those super busy days! You CAN prep this ahead of time in a freezer bag by putting ALL the ingredients in, removing as much air as you can and sealing shut. Simply thaw the night before cooking, pop on low all day, so you have dinner in a jiffy.
You can also make it just like the instructions say. It’s got a bit more “zip” if you add the sauce ingredients half way through like this shows.

Crock Pot Orange Chicken
Ingredients:
2 lbs cubed chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry grated orange peel (found in the spice section)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Put them all in the crock pot and cook with lid on, on high heat for 3 hours.
After 3 hours of cooking, stir in the following ingredients:
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 3 green onions chopped
- pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Cover with lid again, cook over medium heat an additional 30 mins.
Serve over rice, and you will think you are at a Chinese Restaurant!
